Warranty Coverage

Our pedals come with a limited lifetime warranty that covers all internal circuitry. We've also got you covered for switches, jacks, and LEDs for 2 years from your purchase date.

What's Not Covered

• Paint and cosmetic finishes
• Screws and enclosures
• Damage from improper use
• Damage from incorrect power supplies (more on this below)

Important Power Supply Info

Our pedals require a 9V DC center negative power supply. Using any other type of power supply may cause permanent damage and will void your warranty.

Warranty Service for Original Owners

If you're the original owner and your pedal needs warranty service:

• We'll cover return shipping for warranty repairs
• You'll need to cover shipping to us
• A bench fee may apply for testing and diagnostics

Out of Warranty Service

For pedals outside warranty coverage:

• Contact us to discuss repair options
• You'll need to cover shipping both ways
• A bench fee may apply for testing and diagnostics
